Kits are designed to fit Gringo S and Lane Splitter helmets, allowing you to either complement or replace the stock components. The kits feature stamped alloy washers with an anodized finish, and the stainless steel screws come with a pre-applied thread lock compound.
Each kit includes two screws and two washers, making it easy to customize your helmet's appearance.
During installation, it's important to apply one drop of medium-strength blue Loctite to the threads of each screw. This will help ensure the screws stay securely in place. When aligning the washers, be sure to match the index bumps on the back of the washers with the corresponding slots on the plastic hinge spacer behind the shield. Hold the washer carefully in position while tightening the screw, using a coin or a short, straight-slot screwdriver.
It's crucial not to overtighten the screws, as this could potentially damage the helmet components.
By using these kits, you can easily transform the look of your Gringo S or Lane Splitter helmet, adding a touch of personalization and style to your ride.
